We have taken on Oxen to be an integral part in the management team of our business.

Jeremy and the Oxen team are an integral part of our business. Jeremy is both our VCFO and sits on our Group advisory board whilst the Oxen team look after our compliance requirements. Thanks in part to Jeremy efforts we grew our business 74% in 2020 compared to 2019. Revenue is one thing but profit is ultimately the most important driver and that increased well over 5 fold for this period.
Even with Covid we will most likely be growing by at least 25% this year. Why? Because we have a plan driven by great people. We have accountability and governance, and I am spending more time on the business rather than doing the daily stuff.

Jeremy is friendly, personable and reliable – which is a great combination. Oxen has helped us understand where the business needs to go and also a plan of how to get there.
